What's In My Bag- Everyday Make-up
You know the saying “you can tell a lot about a person by what’s in their handbag or what’s in their make-up bag”. I don’t know about you, but my make-up bag is my emergency kit. I like to think the overall contents are pretty well rounded. If I were in a pinch, I would hope to have the necessary items for me or for a friend.
I thought I would share some what’s inside of my make-up. Keep in mind I don’t wear foundation regularly. Listed below are my everyday essentials.
Make-up Bag
Sonia Kashuk™ Small Makeup Cube - White -$10
This is my everyday make-up bag. If I was wearing a smaller bag, I would probably then switch to a smaller make-up bag. But this size bag holds everything I can use plus more.
The make-up bag featured is from Sonia Kashuk. I purchased it at Target. The price is affordable and I like that its clear. The transparency helps me see what’s in the bag and I like the way it looks. I also really like the bag is easy to clean. I can’t tell you how many time I’ve spilled products in my makeup bag. Cleaning this one is so easy!
Powder
Becca Blotting Powder Perfector - Tinted
The Becca Blotting Powder is my favorite powder to carry with me. It also absorbs quickly into the skin making it great for touch-ups when my face gets oily. I really like that the powder is pressed, which means less of a mess. It also comes with a powder puff, which saves me from carrying a powder brush. Unfortunately, I’m unable to link this item as it has been discontinued. But lucky for me I have a back-up of this powder.

Lip Balms
Dior Lip Glow- Berry- $34.00
I love this balm and listed every reason why in my Sephora VIB Recommendations post. Check out this post to see why I’ve continued to repurchase such a high price lip balm for the past 3 years!
Drunk Elephant Lippie Balm $18.00
I recently purchased a Drunk Elephant Kit and I was so happy that this balm was included. I’ve been meaning to try out this balm for a while. The Lippe Balm provides a nice level of hydration and subtle shine.
Clinque Super Balm- Black Cherry $18.50
I’ve been purchasing the Clinque Super Balm since high school. I just recently tried it out in the Black Cherry color and I absolutely love it. This gloss provides high levels of shine. I also really like that even after it wears off my lips are left hydrated.
Lip Glosses
Fenty Beauty- Gloss Bomb- Fenty Glow $18.00
I can see what everyone loves this gloss. The color is universal and looks great on everyone. It can be used alone or over lipsticks. I can’t pinpoint the scent of the gloss, but I really love it.
Becca Liptuitive Glow Lip Gloss $25.00

Marc Jacobs Beauty- Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lipgloss - Make Me- $28.00
I purchased this gloss over the summer during a whim. I really like the color and texture of the gloss. After the gloss wears off my lips are still hydrated. Keep in mind the gloss has a minty smell. I hope to purchase additional colors in the future.
Sunscreen & Moisturizers
Supergoop Defense Refresh Sunscreen Setting Mist SPF 50- travel size- $12.00
The Supergoop sunscreen spray has been my go to for sunscreen on the go. I like that it can be applied under and over makeup. The fact that it’s in a spray bottle makes it a lot easier to use. If you know of any other sunscreens that does all the above, please comment below. I’m interested in trying others.
Nieva Soft Moisturizer- $1.99
It’s lightweight, but still very hydrating. The scent is pleasant and light. Most importantly this Nieva cream is a great size and provides great levels of hydration.
Farmacy Honey Savior- travel size- $12.00
A multi-purpose honey salve that can be used literally from head to toe. I like to use this on dry areas of my face and as additional moisturizer for my hands and cuticles when needed. Farmacy has also published a notice that suggests 21 ways on how to use the honey savior 21 Hydration How-To’s.

I tend to carry around a mini perfume just in case I forget to apply a perfume prior to leaving my home.

Overview
You may have noticed that I carry around an excessive amount of lip products with me at all times. I’ve always gravitated to glosses and times have not changed. I also have a love for travel size items. If I really love an item, I tend to purchase it the travel size for everyday use on the go. I also carry around a little emergency kit.
