Dr. Roebuck's No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer

The Dr. Roebuck's No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer is advertised as an light weight anti-aging moisturizer that hydrates and improves the look of fine lines and wrinkles. The Brand Dr. Roebuck's is an Australian based brand that focuses on clean skin care.

The No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer is described online as being suited for the following skin types- Normal, Combination, Dry and Sensitive. It's made with Vitamin E, rosehip oil, hyaluronic acid (my favorite), and macadamia oil. It's free of Parabens, Sulfates, and Phthalates.

Ingredients:

Water, Macadamia Ternofolia Seed Oil, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Sodium Polyacrylate, Hydrolysed Hyaluronic Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Cetearyl Glucoside, Cetearyl Alcohol, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Polyethylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Rosa Canina (Rose Hip) Fruit Oil, Sodium Benzoate

I received a deluxe size sample in one of my recent Sephora hauls. I was eager to try this out as I could only search out limited reviews on the No Worries moisturizer. I'm always on the hunt to add or change around the products in my skincare routine. I have Normal to Combo skin (in my t-zone). Additionally, I find it difficult to find a moisturizer that provides enough hydration to the normal areas of my face, but controls my t-zone from looking like an oil spill.

Review

The initial use of the No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer I found the product be great. The texture/consistency is of a fine whip face cream. I didn't notice a strong or perfume like scent. The product was thicker than my usual moisturizers, but absorbed into my skin quickly. Keep in mind that that first time I used it was after doing a BHA/AHA mask followed my Virgin Marula oil (Drunk Elephant). I really like how my skin appeared and felt afterwards- soft, smooth and didn't appear oily.

Hours after using the moisturizer, my skin still was just as soft as the first application. I was also happy to observe that my face didn't appear to be extremely oily. In the days and weeks passing I tried out the moisturizer with various cleansers, toners and serums. I was pleased to see that it performed well with my other skincare products. I remain honestly surprised by this moisturizer and will be repurchasing it the regular size!

How would this work with my current skin routine?

Based on the consistency and over all look it gave to my skin, I would likely use this as a night moisturizer during the Spring/Summer months. During this time (especially at night), I welcome a moisturizer that is of a medium consistency in terms of thickness. I like that it provides a perfect balance of hydration to the normal parts of my skin and keeps my t-zone (combination area) looking balanced at the same time.

In Conclusion....

The Dr. Roebuck line is new and sold in Sephora in store and online. The full size of 1.69 oz retails for $45 and is sold in a pump form. I think the price matches well to the size and results. I'm also more keen to products that are in pumps or that come with spatulas as they are less likely to be contaminated by your fingers. I was pleased to see that Dr. Roebuck has a full line that contains an eye cream, different types of masks, a face mist, different serums and even a body wash!

If you're on the fence, I would recommend trying out a sample of it!
